摘要
为解决长距离、大运量以及高功率带式输送机启动阶段对系统造成冲击的问题,以M212带式输送机为研究对象,基于RecurDyn软件搭建虚拟样机模型,并对不同启动曲线、不同启动时间以及不同启动速度下输送带的张力变化进行研究,从而实现对系统启动阶段参数的优化设计.
In order to solve the problem of long distance, large capacity and high power belt conveyor impact on the system, a virtual prototype model based on Recur Dyn software is built with M212 belt conveyor as the research object,and the tension change of conveyor belt under different starting curve, different starting time and different starting speed is studied, so as to optimize the parameters of system starting stage.
