对马钢1号烧结一次混合机与二次混合机的安装吊装方法及一次混合机和二次混合机的更换方法进行研究.考虑设备情况及场地等综合因素,采用整体吊装的方式,使用DEMAG AC500-2全地面起重机主吊,采用中联重科350t全地面起重机作为配合车辆,以充分提高设备在安装过程中的效率和作用.

The installation and hoisting method of primary mixer and secondary mixer and the replacement method of primary mixer and secondary mixer are studied.Taking into account the equipment situation and site and other comprehensive factors,the whole lifting method is adopted,the main crane of the DEMAG AC500-2 ground crane is used,and the 350 t ground crane of Zhonglian Heavy Section is used as the matching vehicle to fully improve the efficiency and function of the equipment in the installation process.
