摘要
针对钛合金属于难削材料,尤其30倍径以上的钛合金深孔钻削难度更大的问题,介绍了实际生产中钻削钛合金所碰到的枪钻损伤的问题及所采取的改善方法.分析认为,枪钻作为钛合金深孔加工的刀具,通过减少钻削钛合金时的枪钻受损,可以提高枪钻使用寿命,进而提高生产效率.
In view of the more difficult problem of titanium alloy deep hole drilling in difficult cutting materials,especially titanium alloy with more than 30 times diameter, this paper introduces the problem of gun drill damage encountered in practical production and the improvement methods adopted. As a tool for deep hole machining of titanium alloy, gun drill can improve its service life and production efficiency by reducing the damage of gun drill when drilling titanium alloy in order to improve the service life and production efficiency.
