摘要
分析了影响数控加工质量的因素,包括数控系统和机械产生的误差,以及加工、位置、刀具制造产生的误差等,并提出了提升数控加工质量的技术和措施,旨在提高数控加工的生产效率和生产质量.
The factors that affect the quality of NC machining are analyzed,including the errors produced by NC system and machinery,as well as the errors caused by position,cutting quantity and cutting tools.The techniques and measures to improve the quality of NC machining are put forward in order to improve the production efficiency and quality of NC machining.
