摘要
为延长煤矿提升机钢丝绳的使用寿命,基于煤矿提升系统的组成,介绍了提升机张力自动调节装置的结构及工作原理,分析了钢丝绳张力特性,优化了提升机钢丝绳张力自动平衡装置的中板与侧板结构.经仿真实验可知,应用优化后的钢丝绳张力自动平衡装置后,提升机钢丝绳两侧张力差异率明显减小,不仅延长了钢丝绳的使用寿命,而且更好地保障了提升机安全稳定运行.
In order to prolong the service life of wire rope in coal mine hoist, based on the composition of coal mine hoist system, the structure and working principle of automatic tension regulating device of hoist are introduced, and the tension characteristics of wire rope are analyzed. The middle plate and side plate structure of hoist wire rope tension automatic balance device are optimized. The simulation results show that the tension difference rate on both sides of the hoist wire rope is obviously reduced after the optimized automatic tension balance device of the wire rope, which not only prolongs the service life of the wire rope, but also better ensures the safe and stable operation of the hoist.
