摘要
针对同煤集团云冈矿转载机采用人工方式来对链条进行预紧,作业难度和强度较大,工作效果不佳,工作效率不高的问题,以SZ800/11转载机为对象,设计了新型转载机的紧链装置.该紧链装置实践应用效果理想,有效降低作业强度和劳动成本,提高了工作效率和生产产量.
The transfer machine of Yungang Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group used manual method to pre-tighten the chain,the operation difficulty and intensity are great,the working effect is not good,and the working efficiency is not high.In view of this situation,the SZ800/11 transfer machine is designed.The practical application effect of the tight chain device is ideal,which effectively reduces the working intensity and labor cost,and improves the working efficiency and production output.
