摘要
针对同煤集团永定庄煤业公司EEBZ220SZD800/11G型悬臂式掘进机回转台绞耳撕裂故障问题,分析了回转台工作过程中的应力、应变分布情况,发现升降绞耳位置存在应力集中现象.通过将升降绞耳的厚度增加至28 mm,改善了回转台升降绞耳的应力集中状况.实践表明,回转台改进效果显著,工作可靠性得到了保障.
In view of the tear failure of the rotary table of the E EBZ220SZD800/11G cantilever roadheader of Yongdingzhuang Coal Industry Company, the distribution of stress and strain during the working process of the rotary table is analyzed. The stress concentration of the lifting ear is improved by increasing the thickness of the lifting ear to 28 mm. The practice shows that the improvement effect of the turntable is remarkable and the working reliability is guaranteed.
