Research and Application of Stall Protection System for Trackless Rubber Wheel Car

针对挖金湾煤矿无轨胶轮车在巷道行驶过程中常发生跑偏的问题,分析了无轨胶轮车失速保护系统及其应用情况.通过对两种减速方式的对比,甄选最适合井下作业的控制系统,保障车辆在可控范围内减速制动,达到预期的减速和制动效果.

Because the trackless rubber wheel car often has the running deviation problem in the roadway driving process,this paper analyzes the stall protection system of the trackless rubber wheel car.By comparing the two deceleration modes,the control system which is most suitable for underground operation is selected to ensure that the vehicle decelerates and brakes within the controllable range to achieve the expected deceleration and braking effect.
