摘要
针对岳城煤矿15号煤东轨道大巷、15号煤东胶带大巷受长期围岩应力叠加影响,巷道底板、两帮变形严重等问题,设计了基于注浆锚杆(索)的加固方案,并进行了工业性试验.试验结果表明:浆液在煤帮上形成类似喷层的效果,结构紧密,硬度较大;注浆后两帮移近量最大72 mm,底鼓量最大为166 mm,均符合设计要求,说明注浆锚杆(索)有效的控制了底鼓,较快速度改善了围岩锚固特性.
In view of the problems of long-term surrounding rock stress superposition,serious deformation of roadway floor and two sides,the reinforcement scheme based on grouting anchor rod(cable)is designed and the industrial test is carried out.The test results show that the slurry has the effect of forming a similar spray layer on the coal side,the structure is tight and the hardness is large,and the maximum displacement of the two sides after grouting is 72 mm,and the maximum bottom drum is 166 mm,all meet the design requirements.
