摘要
针对云冈矿井下综掘工作面综掘机转载机机尾保护装置保护效果比较差,综掘机工作时的倒车及摆动很容易对后方设施造成严重损害这一情况,改进设计了一种新型的综掘机转载机机尾保护装置,通过装置中设置的双侧滚轮结构,能够确保防护带在外力作用下发生运动,确保综掘机工作倒车时产生的旋转摆动不会使防护带与机尾后方设施接触而产生设施的侧移,从而避免了设施受损.
In view of the poor protection effect of the rear protection device of the fully mechanized excavator under Yungang Mine,the reverse and swing of the fully mechanized excavator can easily cause serious damage to the rear facilities.Through the bilateral roller structure,the protective belt can move under the action of external force to ensure that the rotating swing of the fully mechanized excavator when working in reverse will not cause the protective belt to contact the rear facilities of the rear of the machine,thus avoiding the damage of the facilities.
