摘要
针对煤矿液压支架支柱压力难以监测的情况,设计基于DSP微处理器的立柱压力实时监测系统.分析了系统硬件功能的要求,采用TPS767D301电源芯片实现DSP微处理器内核与串口的不同电压供电,对系统软件程序流程进行了设计,并采用CAN总线的通信方式实现PC机与各个液压支架立柱的压力数据传输.液压支架立柱压力实时监测系统能够将液压支柱压力可视化,提高液压设备的稳定性,提升设备的运行效率.
In view of the difficult monitoring of pillar pressure of hydraulic support in coal mine, a real-time monitoring system of column pressure based on DSP microprocessor is designed. The hardware function requirements of the system are analyzed. The TPS767 D301 power chip is used to supply power DSP different voltages of the microprocessor core and serial port. The software program flow of the system is designed. The pressure data transmission between the PC machine and each hydraulic support column is realized by CAN bus communication. The real-time monitoring system of hydraulic support column pressure can visualize the pressure of hydraulic prop, improve the stability of hydraulic equipment and improve the efficiency of equipment operation.
