摘要 为充分发挥矿井自动化控制的优越性,对活鸡兔井地面辅助生产的六大系统进行自动化整合改造,并将数据接入至大柳塔煤矿现有的区域煤矿集中控制系统(LCS),形成一个矿井地面辅助生产系统的管控一体化平台,实现大柳塔煤矿调度指挥中心对该区域的气、水、声等环境因素排放的实时监控,同时也将补齐矿井生产系统与地面辅助系统集成控制的短板,为下一步矿井全面管控全矿生产系统电耗、水耗和井下风量、风压、温度等指标奠定了坚实基础. In order to give full play to the superiority of mine automation control,the six major systems of ground auxiliary production in Huojitu Wells are automatically integrated and transformed,and the data are connected to the existing regional coal mine centralized control system(LCS)in Daliuta Coal Mine to form an integrated platform of control and control of mine ground auxiliary production system.The real-time monitoring of the discharge of gas,water and sound environm ental factors in the area by Daliuta Coal Mine is realized,and the short board of integrated control of mine production system and ground auxiliary system will be completed,control the power consumption,water consumption and underground air volume,wind pressure and temperature of the whole mine production system from the global perspective for the next step and other indicators laid a solid foundation.
