摘要
为进一步提升综采工作面煤炭资源的开采率和资源利用率,提出基于PLC控制器和Wincc组态软件设计采煤机信息系统的思路,并详细完成了采煤机信息系统中现场采集系统、本地控制管理系统以及监控系统的设计,为提升采煤机控制的自动化水平奠定基础.
In order to further improve the mining rate and resource utilization ratio of coal resources in fully mechanized mining face, the idea of designing shearer information system based on PLC controller and Wincc configuration software is put forward. The design of field collection system, local control management system and monitoring system in shearer information system is completed in detail, which lays a foundation for improving the automation level of shearer control.
