摘要
为了解决采煤机电控系统运行稳定性差、维修困难等问题,以某矿井工作面采煤机电控系统为主要研究对象,建立基于模块化结构设计的PLC控制系统.在该系统的设计中,将无线通信与工作面通信进行整合,实现采煤机和控制台之间的数据交互,提高系统的安全性.通过实际试验结果表明:基于PLC的电控系统使采煤机的爬坡能力有所提高,在运行过程中平稳可靠,且安装简便,接线较少,利于安全检查和日常维护,使维修费用有所降低,约减少16万元、年,采煤效率有所提高,采煤产量约增加50万t、年.
Taking the electrical control system of shearer in a mine face as the main research object, the PLC control system based on modular structure is established.The wireless communication is integrated with the working face communication in the system, the data interaction between the shearer and the console is realized, and the security of the system is improved.The experimental results show that the PLC-based electronic control system improves the climbing ability of shearer, which is stable and reliable in operation and is easy to install with less wiring as well as easy to carry out safety inspection and daily maintenance, and the maintenance cost is reduced by about 160,000 yuan.The coal mining efficiency is improved and the coal mining output is increased by about 500,000 tons.
