摘要
鉴于通风机24h满负荷运转无法根据工作面需风量对通风机供风量进行实时调整为通风系统耗能主要原因,完成了节能通风系统的总体配置,并对通风系统中变频器、PLC控制器以及传感器等硬件进行选型配置,最后基于组态软件完成通风系统节能生产功能的实现.
In view of the fact that the full load operation of the ventilator for 24 hours can not be adjusted to the main reason of energy consumption in real time according to the required air volume of the working face,the overall configuration of the energy-saving ventilation system is completed.Finally,the energy-saving production function of the ventilation system is realized based on configuration software.
