摘要
针对往复给煤机在输送煤炭过程中块度均匀性难以保证的问题,分析了振动给煤机结构及控制系统的设计过程.应用效果表明,振动给煤机结构紧凑,自动化程度高,有利于煤炭块度均匀性的控制.运行稳定可靠,维护维修成本低,煤炭宽度均匀性好,具有很好的推广价值.
In view of the problem that block uniformity is difficult to guarantee in the process of conveying coal by reciprocating coal feeder,the structure and design process of control system of coal feeder are analyzed,and the design work of vibration coal feeder is carried out.The results show that the vibration feeder has compact structure,high degree of automation and is beneficial to the control of coal block uniformity,that the vibration feeder has stable and reliable operation,low maintenance cost,good uniformity of coal width and good popularization value.
