摘要
针对煤矿井下巷道掘进自动化程度差、效率低下的难题,提出了一种新的煤矿井下巷道快速掘进技术,即,掘进机位姿自动监测与纠偏技术、巷道断面智能成型技术,可实现掘进机巷道的自动成型作业.根据实际应用表明,新的掘进技术方案能够将巷道一次成型率提升34.2%,将巷道掘进效率提升22.1%,显著提升了煤矿井下巷道掘进效率.
In view of the difficult problem of poor automation and low efficiency of underground roadway driving in coal mine,a new rapid tunneling technology of underground roadway in coal mine is put forward,that is,automatic monitoring and correction technology of position and posture of roadheader and intelligent forming technology of roadway section,which can realize the autom atic forming operation of roadheader roadway.According to the practical application,the new tunneling technology scheme can increase the roadway forming rate by 34.2%and the roadway driving efficiency by 22.1%,which significantly improves the tunneling efficiency of coal mine underground roadway.
