摘要
针对采煤工作面传统的输送机由于采用双电机高低速驱动存在启动冲击大、重载启动损伤链环、费电增耗等技术短板,长平煤矿采用SGZ1000/2000型变频驱动刮板输送机用于完成运送原煤的任务.该技术的应用解决了重载启动难题,避免了启动冲击,保障了智能化采煤的稳步有序生产.
For the traditional conveyer of coal mining face, double motor high and low speed drive scraper conveyor is used. There are technical short boards such as high starting impact, heavy load start damage chain ring, power consumption increase and so on. Changping coal mine adopts SGZ1000/2000 frequency conversion drive scraper conveyor to complete the task of transporting raw coal. The application of this technology solves the problem of heavy load start-up, avoids the impact of start-up, and ensures the steady and steady production of intelligent coal mining.
