针对反导作战中的杀伤评估问题,结合OODA作战理论和装备发展现状,分析了美国“天基杀伤评估”在反导作战体系中的地位和作用。通过梳理天基杀伤评估的发展历程及技术特点,在美国成立天军的新形势下,判断了其后续的发展趋势,并提出相关卫星装备的发展启示。

According to the theory of missile defense killing assessment,combining the theory of OODA and present situation of equipment development,the position and role of space-based killing assessing in missile de⁃fense are analyzed.By presenting the development and technical characteristics,at the same time under the new situation that United States setting up new space force,the subsequent trend of SKA is judged and some enlight⁃enment to the development of the related equipment is proposed.
