摘要
为确保船员线上培训先行先试的效果,以江苏海事局开展的在线培训试点为例,针对实践中存在的学员培训全过程身份有效管理的缺失、线上培训效果的不佳、保证线上考试公正公平措施的不足等问题,提出了后续平台的技术升级、培训模式及制度的创新、考试与培训分离的解决路径。相关研究与实践成果可为有关部门制订船员在线培训制度提供参考。
In order to ensure the first trial effect of online crew training and taking online training pilot carried out by Jiangsu Maritime Safety Administration as an example,it focuses on the problems of the lack of effective identity management in the whole process of trainees’training in practice,the poor online training effect,and the lack of fair measures for online examinations,based on which the solutions of subsequent platform technology upgrades,training model and system innovation,and separation of examination and training are put forward.Relevant research and practical results can provide reference for certain departments to formulate online crew training system.
