基于“育训结合”模式的高职航海类轮机工程专业教学改革探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Teaching Reform of Marine Engineering Major in Higher Vocational Maritime Education Based on the Mode of“Combination of Education and Training”

高职航海类轮机工程技术专业在实现国家“海洋强国”战略中发挥着重要的人才输入作用。在分析目前的专业发展现状的基础上,提出了轮机工程技术专业应该明确高职定位,将“1+X”证书制度真正融入教学改革过程中去,强调了重视实训环节在执行国家职业教育有关政策中的重要性,从教学理念、师资建设、课程改革和文化培养等方面提出加强“育训结合”模式的思考与建议。

The Major of Marine Engineering in higher vocational maritime colleges plays an important role in the input of talents in achieving the national strategy of“Maritime Power”.Based on an analysis of current professional development status,it proposes that the Major of Marine Engineering should clarify the position of higher vocational education,integrate the“1+X”certificate system into teaching reform process,and emphasize the importance of practice in implementing relevant national policies of vocational education.It puts forward thoughts and suggestions on strengthening the“combination of education and training”mode from the aspects of teaching philosophy,teacher construction,curriculum reform and cultural cultivation,etc.
