论新时代背景下高校思政课综合改革创新的几个问题

Issues regarding Comprehensive Reform and Innovation of University Ideological and Political Courses in the New Era

新时代背景下高校思政课的改革创新要跳出狭义的高校思政课本身,要多管齐下,多方发力,开“复方药”,通过改教材、改教学、改评价、改管理进行综合改革创新。高校思政课应该在坚守其核心功能——思想政治教育功能的同时,充分发挥其多维功能,即发挥帮助学生形成健康的心理、健全的人格、较强的综合能力,积淀必备的人文精神等方面的其他功能,最大限度地挖掘高校思政课蕴含的巨大潜力,为立德树人服务。为培养学生的综合素质与能力,高校思政课必须以学生为中心、教师为主导、理论和实践并重、知识和能力兼顾的教学模式取代传统教学模式,用过程性评价与结果性评价相结合、注重平时表现的评价方式,取代以单一闭卷考试为主的结果性评价方式,统筹推进大中小学思政课教材一体化建设,改变教学管理制度,培养好师资,为高校思政课建设综合改革创新提供组织、经费和制度保障。

To reform and innovate university ideological and political courses in the New Era,it is desirable that confinement of the courses themselves be broken.Instead,a comprehensive reform approach incorporating course books,teaching,evaluation and management should be adopted.While adhering to their core functions of ideological and political education,these courses should be functioning in a multi-dimensional manner,i.e.capable of working their highest potential to develop graduates of ethical integrity to help them in areas of mental heath,sound personality,overall ability and humane attainment.To cultivate comprehensive capabilities of the students,these courses should center around the students with guidance from the teachers,should adopt a balanced approach between theory and practice as well as between knowledge and competence,and should evaluate the students in accordance with final results,process and everyday performance simultaneously.Furthermore,these courses in primary schools,middle schools and universities should be planned as a whole,the teaching management system should be upgraded and quality teaching faculty should be made ready to guarantee comprehensive reform and innovation of university ideological and political courses with necessary resources in organization,expense and system.
