摘要
衡量产业生态系统适应性水平的关键是建设一套科学合理的理论体系和找到具有可操作性的研究方法。建立产业生态系统作用机理模型,提出弹性、敏感性、稳定性三方面的综合评价指标体系;选取唐山市2006-2016年的统计数据,通过筛选可用数据,运用主成份分析及熵权组合赋权的客观评价方法,计算唐山市产业生态系统适应性水平综合得分;再运用系统协调度模型,对产业生态系统适应性进行静态与动态综合评价。以评价结果为基础,对唐山市产业发展及产业生态系统的构建做出深入分析,并提出相关发展建议。
The key to measure the adaptability level of industrial ecosystem is to build a scientific and reasonable theoretical system and find a feasible research method.This paper established the mechanism model of industrial ecosystem and put forward a comprehensive evaluation index system of elasticity,sensitivity and stability.Choose the statistical data of Tangshan from 2006 to 2016,screens available data,calculated the comprehensive score of the level of Industrial Ecosystem Adaptability in Tangshan by using the objective evaluation method combining principal component analysis and entropy weight combination,and then used the system coordination degree model to evaluate the adaptability of industrial ecosystem both statically and dynamically.Based on the evaluation results,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of Tangshan's industrial development and the construction of industrial ecosystem,and puts forward relevant development suggestions.
