摘要
基于学生投入理论,使用安徽省六所高校的1146份问卷,探讨了大学生社团投入时间、社团参与质量对社团满意度的影响效用,通过构建有调节的中介效应模型,同时检验了社团收获的中介作用与社团民主化氛围感知的调节作用。研究发现,社团投入时间、社团参与质量均显著提升大学生社团满意度;社团收获在大学生社团投入时间、社团参与质量与社团满意度之间起部分中介作用;同时,社团收获的中介效用受到社团民主化氛围感知的调节。相关研究发现对推动以会员为主体的大学社团建设提供了可参考的思路和建议,包括优化大学生社团参与动机,促进大学生社团投入的数量、质量与情感认同,开展高质量的社团活动以及构建民主、平等、包容的社团文化等。
Using 1146 questionnaires from six universities in Anhui Province,this paper explored the impact of time and quality of students’involvement in college clubs and organizations on their participation satisfaction.By constructing a moderated mediating model,it examined the mediating effect of college clubs and organization achievement and moderating effect of the democratization atmosphere perception of college clubs and organization.The results showed that:(1)the time and quality of students’involvement in college clubs and organizations were positively associated with their participation satisfaction;(2)college clubs and organization achievement showed a mediating role between students’involvement in college clubs and organizations with their satisfaction;(3)the mediating effect of community achievement was moderated by their democratization atmosphere perception of college clubs and organization.These findings provided valuable suggestions for promoting the development of college clubs and organization.
