危险废物焚烧烟气组合式深度烟气净化工艺设计 被引量:4

摘要 文章以上海某120t/d危险废物焚烧处置生产线为例,根据可焚烧废物的类别、危险废物化学组分及入炉焚烧配伍废物的特性要求,尾气处理采用组合式深度净化工艺:SNCR脱硝+急冷脱酸塔+烟道干法喷射系统(干法消石灰脱酸+活性炭重金属吸附)+新型陶瓷滤管除尘器+引风机+预洗涤塔+湿式洗涤塔+SGH蒸汽加热器,有效控制了烟气中的各类污染物,使大气污染物排放达到上海市地方标准,大部分指标优于欧盟最新标准(2010/75/EU)要求。文章总结了该项目烟气净化工艺路线选择、技术原理、设备选型等方面的经验,以期为危险废物焚烧烟气中污染物进一步达到超低排放提供参考。 In this paper,a 120t/d hazardous waste incineration and disposal production line in Shanghai was taken as an example.According to the types of wastes to be incinerated,the chemical components of hazardous wastes and the ratio of incinerated waste in the furnace,the combined deep purification process was adopted for tail gas treatment:SNCR denitration+quenching deacidification tower+flue gas duct dry injection system(dry slaked lime deacidification+adsorption of heavy metals via activated carbon)+new ceramic filter candle deduster+induced draft fan+prescrubbing tower+wet scrubbing tower+SGH steam heater".It effectively controlled all kinds of pollutants in the flue gas,so that the emission of air pollutants met the local standards of Shanghai,and most of the indicators were better than the latest European Union standards(2010/75/EU).This paper summarized the experience of process route selection,technical principle,equipment selection,etc.for flue gas purification in the implementation of this project,with the expectation of providing reference for the further realization of"ultra-low emission"of pollutants in flue gas from hazardous waste incineration.
