摘要
以组织合法性为中介变量,环境动态性为调节变量,探究关系学习与新创企业竞争优势间的关系。对247家中国新创企业问卷数据的实证研究发现:关系学习3个维度(信息共享、共同理解、关系记忆)均对新创企业竞争优势有显著正向影响;组织合法性在关系学习3个维度与新创企业竞争优势间发挥了中介作用;环境动态性在共同理解、关系记忆与新创企业竞争优势间发挥了差异性的调节作用。
Based on the postulated mediating efect of organizational legitimacy and moderating ffect of environmental dynamism,this paper explores the relationship between relationship learming and competitive advantage of new venture.Examining data from 247 new ventures,resultl shows that three sub-dimensions of relationship learning have significant positive effects on competitive advantage of new venture;organizational legitimacy plays an intermediary role between three dimensions of relationship leaning and competitive advantage of new venture;environmental dynamism plays a diferential maderating role between relationship learming and competitive advantage of new venture.
