基于马田系统的企业疫情防控风险集对评估模型 被引量:3

Set Pair Assessment Model for Risk of Enterprise’s COVID-19 Prevention and Control Based on Mahalanobis Taguchi System

摘要 基于马田系统和集对分析方法,构建企业疫情防控风险评估模型。首先,建立企业疫情防控风险评估指标体系,并利用Delphi法精选指标;然后,针对评估指标间存在的交互作用,提出使用马田系统计算指标权重,并利用基于五元联系数的集对分析方法,评估企业疫情防控风险态势;最后,以A省5家企业为例进行实证分析。结果表明:该方法兼顾了指标间的相关性,较好地处理了复杂系统中的确定性与不确定性问题,可以对疫情防控风险做出合理评估,与其他评价方法相比,在实际中可操作性较强,评估结果更加全面、准确。 The assessment model was established based on the Mahalanobis Taguchi system and set pair analysis method in this paper.Firstly,the index system of enterprises epidemic prevention and control was established,and Delphi method was used to select the index.T hen,according to the interaction between the indexes,index weight was calculated by using Mahalanobis Taguchi system.And the risk situation of epidemic prevention and control was evaluated by using the set pair analysis method based on the five-element connection number.Finally,5 enterprises in A province as an example were used to analyze.Result showed that this method took into account the correlation between the indicators and better deals with the determination and nondeterminacy in the complex system.And it made a reasonable prediction of the risk trend of epidemic prevention and control,which can make the evaluation results comprehensive,accurate,and more operable in practice by comparing with other methods.
