摘要
【目的】构建基于联盟链的电动汽车电池溯源系统,实现电动汽车电池有效追溯。【方法】分析了国内现有电动汽车电池溯源方案的优势与不足,提出了使用射频标签作为终端,在各个溯源环节上部署联盟链节点,并兼顾隐私保护的电动汽车电池溯源系统。【结果】对该溯源系统进行了方案设计,包括系统的整体架构设计、系统核心节点功能设计、系统协作溯源流程及数据流程设计。【局限】系统的数据储存成本较大,运行效率还有优化的空间。【结论】实现了针对电动汽车电池生产、装配、销售、维修、报废、物流六大环节的全方位监管,溯源。
[Objective]To trace an electric vehicle battery effectively,a battery tracing system for electric vehicles based on the alliance chain is built.[Methods]This paper analyzes the strength and weakness of the existing domestic electric vehicle battery tracing scheme and proposes an electric car battery tracing system with privacy protection,which deploys alliance chain nodes on all traceable links where terminals are presented by radio frequency tags.[Results]Specifically,this paper gives the design of the system including the overall architecture,core node functionality,system cooperative traceability process and data process.[Limitations]The cost of data storage is relatively high and further optimization is needed to improve system efficiency.[Conclusions]The electric car battery tracing system realizes comprehensive supervision and traceability for six links in battery production,assembly,sales,maintenance,scrapping and logistics.
