摘要
采用核壳结构的丙烯酸乳液复配水性醇酸树脂作为成膜物,研制了一种新型彩钢板用水性涂料,重点考察了树脂/乳液品种及复配比例、防锈颜料品种及加量、附着力促进剂品种的选择对产品性能的影响。制得的涂料成本低、装饰性好,克服了乳液低温成膜性差、水性醇酸树脂VOC高、旧彩钢板翻新施工难等问题,在客户处得到成功应用。
Waterborne alkyd resin of core-shell structure compounded with acrylic emulsion was used as film-forming material to develop new waterborne coatings for color steel plates,and the effects of resin/emulsion types and compounding ratios,anticorrosive pigment types and dosages,and adhesion promoter type selection on product performance were mainly investigated.The coatings prepared have the advantages of low cost and good decoration,overcoming the problems of poor film forming of emulsion at low temperature,high VOC content in waterborne alkyd resin,and difficulty in renovation of old color steel plates and having been successfully applied for customers.
