摘要
介绍了工程机械用涂料的发展现状,聚天门冬氨酸酯面漆的配方和性能,聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂的特性,溶剂对黏度的影响,以及防沉剂对流挂的影响。研制的聚天门氨酸酯面漆应用于工程机械中,有效地提高了固体含量,降低了黏度,降低了VOCs,配套性、性能优异。
This paper introduces current development of coatings for construction machinery,the formula and properties of polyaspartate topcoat,the properties of polyaspartate resin,the influence of solvent on viscosity,and the influence of anti-sediment agent on sagging.The polyaspartate topcoat developed is applied to construction machinery.It effectively improves solid content,reduces viscosity and VOCs,and has excellent compatibility and performance.
