摘要
随着时代的发展,企业面临的市场竞争变得越来越大。对于企业而言,人才的数量与质量是保障其长远发展的基础,因此,企业的人力资源管理非常重要。论文对企业人力资源管理展开分析,并结合实际提出战略性人力资源绩效管理与员工激励方案,希望为关注企业人力资源管理的人群提供参考。
With the development of the times,the market competition faced by enterprises is becoming greater and greater.For enterprises,the quantity and quality of talents are the basis to ensure their long-term development.Therefore,the human resources management of enterprises is very important.This paper analyzes the human resources management of enterprises,and puts forward the scheme of strategic human resources performance management and employee motivation,hoping to provide a reference for the people who pay attention to the enterprise human resources management.
