摘要
工会是维护企业职工合法权益的重要机构,随着企业的不断发展,工会在维护职工合法权益、关爱职工方面发挥了非常重要的作用。面对社会经济不断发展的新形势,如何才能借助工会活动的开展,最大限度地保障职工生活,提高职工对企业的忠诚度和责任感,成为企业工会工作人员需要不断思考的问题。论文结合工作经验对此问题展开论述。
Trade union is an important organization to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprise workers.With the continuous development of enterprises,trade union plays a very important role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and caring for workers.In the face of the new situation of social and economic development,how to use the trade union activities to maximize the life of workers,improve the loyalty and sense of responsibility of workers has become the problem that enterprise's trade union employees need to think.This paper discusses this problem in combination with work experience.
