招商引资竞争的有效性分析

改革开放以来,地方政府都把招商引资作为地方经济发展的主要突破口,尤其是我国进入新发展阶段后,区域之间的招商引资竞争更加激烈,地方政府为了招引项目,常常在税收、土地和劳动力成本等方面进行优惠补贴,使得招商引资陷入过度竞争,造成了巨大的资源浪费。因此,论文构建了一种模型对招商引资中区域竞争的有效性进行全面综合分析与研究,进而准确分析影响招商引资竞争的因素,并提出相应的区域竞争对策,从而促进区域经济的快速发展。

Since the reform and opening up,local governments have taken investment invitation as the main breakthrough of local economic development,especially after China has entered the new stage of development,the competition for investment invitation among regions has become more intense.In order to invite projects,local governments often provide preferential subsidies in tax,land,labor costs and other aspects,which makes investment invitation fall into excessive competition,resulting in huge waste of resources.Therefore,this paper constructs a model to roundly and comprehensively analyze and study the effectiveness of regional competition for investment invitation,and then accurately analyzes the factors influencing the competition for investment invitation,and puts forward corresponding regional competition countermeasures,so as to promote the rapid development of regional economy.
