以畜牧兽医为例探析校企合作体制机制的建设

Taking Animal Husbandry and Veterinary as an Example to Explore the Construction of School-Enterprise Cooperation System and Mechanism

高职院校通过校企合作的模式,可以更好地培养高技能型人才,因此,相关工作人员需要尽量积极地完善校企合作之间的长效机制,并且始终坚持顶岗实习的体制机制,大力推进校企合作培养模式。基于此,论文以畜牧兽医专业为例,首先讨论了校企合作机制的内涵,其次分析了如何设计校企合作机制,然后介绍了建设校企合作机制的策略,以供相关工作人员参考。

Through school-enterprise cooperation mode,higher vocational colleges can better train high-skilled talents.Therefore,relevant staff need to actively improve the long-term mechanism between school-enterprise cooperation,and always adhere to the system and mechanism of in-post internship,vigorously promote school-enterprise cooperation training mode.Based on this,taking animal husbandry and veterinary as an example,this paper firstly discusses the connotation of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,then analyzes how to design school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,and then introduces the strategy of constructing school-enterprise cooperation mechanism for the reference of relevant staff.
