近年来,装配式建筑逐渐成为现代建筑发展的新潮流,为有效确保装配式建筑的施工质量,积极应用先进的BIM技术,通过仿真建模、信息处理等实现对装配式建筑施工质量的全面管控。论文结合BIM技术的优势,探讨了BIM技术在装配式建筑构件生产及施工过程质量管理中的应用,以供参考。

In recent years,prefabricated buildings have gradually become a new trend in the development of modern architecture.In order to effectively ensure the construction quality of prefabricated buildings,advanced BIM technology is actively applied to realize comprehensive control over the construction quality of prefabricated buildings through simulation modeling and information processing.Combined with the advantages of BIM technology,this paper discusses the application of BIM technology in the quality management of the production and construction process of prefabricated building components,for reference.
