摘要
以盆栽平邑甜茶幼苗为试材,研究了不同浓度晶体石硫合剂(0、0.5、1.0和2.0 g·kg^-1)熏蒸对连作土壤微生物环境及再植平邑甜茶幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:1.0 g·kg^-1晶体石硫合剂熏蒸可显著降低连作土壤中有害真菌尖孢镰孢菌数量,优化土壤微生物群落结构,并提高了连作土壤再植平邑甜茶幼苗根系抗氧化酶活性和叶片光合色素含量,有效缓解了因连作障碍引起叶片光合速率等参数的下降。因此,1.0 g·kg^-1的晶体石硫合剂熏蒸可作为减轻苹果连作障碍的有效措施。
The effects of fumigation with different concentrations of crystal lime sulphur(0,0.5,1.0 and 2.0 g·kg^-1)on the microbial environment of replanted soil and the growth of Malus hupehensis var.pingyiensis(M.hupehensis for short in this paper)were studied with potted seedlings as test materials.The results showed that fumigation with 1.0 g·kg^-1 crystal lime sulfur could significantly reduce number of harmful fungi Fusarium oxysporum in replanted soil and optimize the structure of soil microbial community.Fumigation with 1.0 g·kg^-1 crystal lime sulfur could increase the root antioxidant enzyme activity and leaf photosynthetic pigment content of M.hupehensis in replanted soil,and effectively alleviate the decline of leaf photosynthetic rate and other parameters caused by replant disease.Therefore,1.0 g·kg^-1 crystal lime sulphur fumigation can be used as an effective technical solutions to alleviate the obstacle of apple replant disease.
