A Study on the Employment Ability of College Students in the New Era and Its Development Path

随着我国教育体系的发展和完善,高等教育趋于大众化,大学毕业生规模也不断扩大,就业竞争力日趋激烈。高等教育如何开发并提高大学生的就业能力,成为高等院校提高人才培养质量的核心和关键环节。基于此,本文对大学生就业能力培养的影响因素和路径开发进行了重点分析,并提出具体有效的大学生就业能力开发路径的举措和建议。

With the development and perfection of our country's education system,higher education tends to be popular,the scale of university graduates is also expanding,and the employment competitiveness is becoming increasingly fierce.How to develop and improve the employment ability of college students in higher education has become the core and key link of improving the quality of personnel training in Colleges and universities.Based on this,this paper focuses on the analysis of influencing factors and path development of College Students"employability,and puts forward specific and effective measures and suggestions for the development of College Students"employ ability.
