摘要 温度应力是超长混凝土结构设计必须考虑的问题。留设后浇带可以避开混凝土收缩应变高峰发展期,但后浇带封闭后,温差引起的温度应力可能会造成超长混凝土结构的楼、屋面板出现裂缝,也会对框架柱、框架梁产生附加内力。基于此,通过理论分析并结合工程实例,将温度应力量化,分析温度应力对结构梁、板、柱等构件受力的影响,总结并提出优化技术措施。 Temperature stress is a point that must be considered in the design of over long concrete structure.Setting post-pouring belt can avoid the main influence period of concrete shrinkage strain,but after the post-pouring belt is closed,the temperature stress caused by temperature variation may cause cracks in the floor and roof slab of over long concrete structure,and also lead to additional internal force of frame column and frame beam.Based on the theoretical analysis and engineering examples,this paper quantifies the temperature stress,analyzes the influence of the temperature stress on the structural members such as beams,slabs and columns,and summarizes the technical measures.
