摘要
福州地铁4号线某区间,采用在钢管片内侧布置冻结管进行盐水循环,大大增加了与土体接触面积,缩短了冷冻施工工期,取得了良好工程效果,实现洞内盾尾刷更换施工作业安全。基此,以该区间为案例,详细介绍了冷冻工法在全断面砂层中更换盾构机尾刷的应用工法。
In a section of Fuzhou Metro Line 4,the freezing pipe is arranged inside the steel tube for brine circulation,which greatly increases the contact area with soil,shorts the period of freezing construction,and achieves good engineering effect,and realizes the safety of replacing the shield-tail brush in the tunnel.Based on this,taking this area as a case,the application of freezing method to replace the tail brush of shield machine in full section sand layer is introduced in detail.
