工程监理与全过程工程咨询服务接轨探析——以惠山花园二期工程项目为案例

Discussion on the integration of engineering supervision and whole process engineering consulting service——Taking Huishan Garden Phase II project as an example

工程监理对工程项目建设的质量、安全发挥重要的作用,就目前监理行业整体来说,工程监理尚处于主要承接施工阶段的工作任务,还无法充分对工程项目的整体效益发挥较大的、较积极的监督和强化作用。以惠山花园二期1#、4#、5#楼工程为项目案例,简要阐述了该工程监理存在的不足之处,并基此探讨了工程监理与全过程工程咨询服务接轨的需求性和必要性,给出了对工程监理企业和监理人员技术能力等两个方面建议。

Engineering supervision plays an important role in the quality and safety of engineering project construction.As for the current supervision industry as a whole,engineering supervision is still in the task of undertaking the construction stage,and can not fully play a greater and more active role in supervision and strengthening the overall benefits of the project.Taking the No.1,No.4 and No.5 building project of Huishan Garden Phase II as the project case,this paper briefly expounds the deficiencies of the project supervision,and based on this,probes into the demand and necessity of integrating the project supervision with the whole process of engineering consulting service,and puts forward two suggestions on the technical ability of the engineering supervision enterprise and the supervision personnel.
