摘要 杂乱的临街建筑外立面,对城市尤其是旅游城市形象带来一定不良影响,规划者对这个方面问题日渐重视,因此,建筑物外立面整治在城市中逐渐开展。在外立面改造时,传统测绘方式对复杂的临街建筑外立面几乎束手无策,而三维激光扫描技术具有得天独厚的优势。云南省澄江县提质扩容建筑外立面改造项目,依托三维激光扫描仪技术在建筑外立面图的绘制方法,包括数据采集、数据处理及后期外立面图绘制,展示了三维激光扫描技术在数据采集效率、数据处理速度、绘制效率以及数据精度等方面的优越性。基此,展示其优势同时,指出其今后亟待解决的现实问题,如投入的人力成本,时间偏高,数据采集方式不够简化等。 The cluttered facades of street-facing buildings have a certain negative impact on the image of cities,especially tourist cities.Planners are paying more and more attention to this aspect.Therefore,the renovation of building facades is gradually carried out in cities.In the renovation of the facade,traditional surveying and mapping methods are almost helpless on the complex facades of street buildings,and the 3D laser scanning technology has unique advantages.The reconstruction project of building facades for quality improvement and expansion in Chengjiang County,Yunnan Province,relying on 3D laser scanner technology to draw building facades,including data collection,data processing and later drawing of facades,showing 3D laser scanning technology Superiority in data collection efficiency,data processing speed,drawing efficiency and data accuracy.Based on this,while demonstrating its advantages,it points out the practical problems to be solved urgently in the future,such as the labor cost invested,time is too high,and data collection methods are not simplified enough.
