缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗剖宫产产后出血的效果及对血流变指标的影响分析

Influence Analysis of Oxytocin Combined with Carboprost Aminobutanol on Postoperative Hemorrhage of Cesarean Section and Effect on Hemorheological Index

目的探讨缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗剖宫产产后出血的效果及对产43血流变指标的影响。方法选择2019年1-11月在大连医科大学附属大连市中心医院接受剖宫产手术且发生产后出血的138例产妇为观察对象,按随机数表法将产妇分成观察组及对照组各69例,对照组给予缩宫素治疗,观察组给予缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,对比两组的疗效、血流变指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为98.55%,高于对照组的88.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血流变指标水平均低干治疗前,且观察组较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇对剖宫产产妇术后出血的效果较好,还可有效改善其血流变指标水平,安全性较高,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of oxytocin combined with carboprost aminobutanol on postoperative hemorthage of cesarean section and its ffect on hemorheological index.Methods A total of 138 cases of parturient who underwent cesarean section with postoperative hemorrhage in Dalian Central Hospital Affiliated of Dalian Medical University from January 2019 to November 2019 were selected as observation objects.The puerpera was divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,69 cases in each group.The control group was given oxytocin treatment,and the observation group was given carboprost aminobutanol based on oxytocin.The therapy effect,hemorheological parameters and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.55%,which was significantly higher than 88.41%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of hemorheological indexes in both groups was significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of oxytocin combined with carboprost aminobutanol on postoperative bleeding of cesarean section is better,and it can also improve the level of hermorheology index.
