口腔矫治器对非重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者上气道腭咽段和舌咽段形态的影响

Effects of Oral Appliances on the Morphology of Upper Airway,Palatopharyngeal and Glossopharyngeal Segments in Patients with Non Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome

目的探讨可调式口腔矫治器对轻度及中度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者咽部气道结构的影响。方法收集2019年6-12月沈阳市口腔医院收治的OSAS患者58例,包括轻度OSAS者31例、中度OSAS者27例。两组均佩戴4个月的可调式口腔矫治器,并以锥形束CT(CBCT)进行三维重建,观察上气道腭咽段和舌咽段相关参数变化情况。结果治疗后,轻度及中度OSAS患者腭咽段及舌咽段的最小矢状径、最小横径、最小截面积、最小体积较治疗前增加,差异均有统计学意义(PC0.05)。结论可调式矫治器治疗轻度和中度OSAS患者均可起到较好的治疗效果,相比而言轻度OSAS患者获益更多。

Objective To investigate the efect of adjustable oral appliance on pharyngeal ainway structure in patients with mild and moderate obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS).Methods A total of 58 patients with OSAS admitted to Shenyang Stomatological Hospital from June to December 2019 were collected,including 31 patients with mild OSAS and 27 patients with moderate OSAS.The patients in both groups were wearing adjustable orthodontic appliances for 4 months,and cone beam CT(CBCT)was used for three-dimensional reconstruction.The changes of relevant parameters of palatopharyngeal segment and glossopharynx segment of upper airway were observed.Results After the treatment,the minimum sagittal diameter,minimum transverse diameter,minimum crosssectional arca and minimum volume of palatopharyngeal segment and glossopharyngeal scgment in mild and moderate OSAS patients were significantly increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The adjustable oral appiance can achieve better therapeutic effct for mild and moderate OSAS patients,especially for mild OSAS patients.
