摘要
本文结合代谢物组学相关研究历史及最新进展,对代谢物组(metabolome)和代谢物组学(metabolomics),以及代谢组(metabonome)和代谢组学(metabonomics)四个术语的词源和译名进行了较为系统的考证辨析。综合考虑术语的词源、概念内涵和逻辑合理性等,我们认为代谢物组(metabolome)和代谢物组学(metabolomics)更为科学和合理,具有更广泛的接受度和更高的传播度,因此建议优先规范使用。
Based on the history and the latest advances in the research field of metabonomics, we have systematically analyzed and discriminated the etymology and translation of the four terms: metabolome, metabolomics, metabonome and metabonomics. In terms of the etymology, conceptual connotation and logical rationality, the terms of metabolome and metabolomics are more scientific and reasonable with a wider acceptance and a higher degree of transmission, and thus are highly recommended for standard use.
