导向性训练联合肉毒素对中风偏瘫上肢痉挛患者功能康复的影响

Effect of Guided Training Combined with Botulinum Toxin on Functional Rehabilitation in Patients with Spastic Upper Limb Spasticity after Stroke

目的:探讨导向性训练联合肉毒素对中风偏瘫上肢痉挛患者功能康复的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年3月在郑州人民医院治疗的中风偏瘫上肢痉挛患者86例为研究对象,随机分为两组,各43例。两组均实施常规治疗,在此基础上对照组实施常规疗法,观察组实施导向性训练联合肉毒素治疗。比较两组患者功能康复情况。结果:观察组患者功能障碍指数(Oswestry)等级量表、上肢Fugl–Meyer运动功能评定量表(U–FMA)、改良Barthel指数(MBT)评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:导向性训练联合肉毒素治疗有助于提高中风偏瘫上肢痉挛患者功能康复的效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of guided training combined with botulinum toxin on functional rehabilitation in patients with spastic upper limb spasticity after stroke.Methods 86 patients with apoplectic hemiplegia and upper limb spasticity treated from January 2015 to March 2016 in Zhengzhou people’s hospital were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each.The two groups were treated with conventional treatment,the control group received conventional therapy,and the study group received directed training combined with botulinum toxin therapy.The functional rehabilitation of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of Oswestry,U–FMA and MBT in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Guided training combined with botulinum toxin therapy can improve the functional rehabilitation of patients with upper limb spasticity after stroke.
