Financial Law Analysis on Financial Infrastructure

金融基础设施主要包括证券托管、中央对手方、证券结算、支付系统以及交易数据库,维护金融交易的安全和效率。金融基础设施显著提高交易的安全性,集成了交易风险。基于此,本文从金融法角度解读了金融基础设施的定义、地位、运行流程以及和其他主体相关关系。以期能够梳理金融基础设施相关规则,明确其发展趋势,保护金融交易的安全和健康发展。

Financial infrastructure mainly includes securities custody,central counterparties,securities settlement,payment system and transaction database to maintain the security and efficiency of financial transactions.Financial infrastructure significantly improves transaction security and integrates transaction risk.Based on this,this paper interprets the definition,status,operation process and the relationship with other subjects of financial infrastructure from the perspective of financial law,in order to sort out the relevant rules of financial infrastructure,clarify its development trend,and protect the safety and healthy development of financial transactions.
