居家隔离期间大学生线上咨询问题的初步分析

A Preliminary Analysis of Online Counseling among College Students during Home Isolation

面对全覆盖性的禁足隔离,复学一延再延,大学生普遍出现了不同程度的心理应激反应和心理危机,为此某高校心理健康教育中心给全体学生开通了以QQ在线交流为主的心理支持网络服务。通过对大学生在居家隔离期间的来访进行分类,运用量化分析和质的研究方法进行整体性分析研究,发现大学生当时的心理变化轨迹,探寻导致心理变化的原因,以期为大学生心理健康状况的管理提供借鉴与参考。

Faced with the isolation of full foot grounding and the delay in resuming schooling,college students generally have psychological stress and psychological crisis in different degrees.To this end,a university has opened mental health education center for all students by opening a QQ online psychological support network services.By classifying the visits of college students during the period of home isolation,and using the methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative research,this paper makes an overall analysis and research,finds out the track of college students’psychological changes at that time,and probes into the reasons leading to the psychological changes,in order to provide reference for the management of college students’mental health.
