摘要
综述了1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)在苹果采后贮藏中应用后可提高品质的效果,如抑制苹果的内源乙烯的产生,降低呼吸速率,延缓果实的软化,影响果实的色泽和硬度,提高可溶性固形物浓度,降低贮藏病害发生率等;阐示了1-MCP应用于贮藏苹果的作用机理,应用方法。
This article mainly reviewed that 1-MCP treatment could improve the quality of stored apples,such as in suppressing the production of intrinsic ethylene,delaying the softening of fruits,reducing respiration rate and the incidence of storage diseases,affecting fruit color and hardness,increasing the soluble solid concentration,etc.and explained the mechanism and application method of 1-MCP in apple postharvest storage.
