摘要 目的:探讨激光光凝技术在眼底病变患者中的临床效果。方法:选择2018年5月-2019年12月治疗的眼底病变患者40例作为对象,随机分为对照组(n=20例)和观察组(n=20例)。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用激光光凝技术治疗,比较两组近期疗效、视力水平、并发症及复发率。结果:观察组治疗后2周的近期治疗总有效率为95%,高于对照组的75%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后视力提高率及维持不变率均高于对照组,观察组视力下降率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者眼压升高、眼体出血、眼部感染的并发症发生率及复发率均低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:激光光凝技术用于眼底病变患者中能获得较高近期疗效,能提高患者视力,降低并发症、复发率,值得推广应用。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laser photocoagulation in patients with fundus lesions.Method:Forty patients with fundus lesions treated from May 2018 to December 2019 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into a control group(n=20)and an observation group(n=20).The control group was given conventional drug treatment,and the observation group was treated with laser photocoagulation technology on the basis of the control group to compare the short-term efficacy,visual acuity level,complications and recurrence rate of the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of recent treatment in the observation group after 2 weeks of treatment was 95%,higher than 75%in the control group(P<0.05).The visual acuity improvement rate and maintenance rate of the observation group were high after treatment in the control group,the rate of vision loss in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as increased intraocular pressure,ocular hemorrhage,and eye infection and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laser photocoagulation technology can obtain higher short-term efficacy in patients with ocular fundus lesions,improve patients'vision,reduce complications and recurrence rate,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
