针对性护理干预对甲状腺肿瘤患者射频消融术后心理状态及生活质量的影响

Clinical Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention on the Psychological State and Quality of Life of Patients with Thyroid Tumor after Radiofrequency Ablation

目的:探究针对性护理干预在改善甲状腺肿瘤患者射频消融术后的心理状态及生活质量的临床效果。方法:选取本院于2018年1月-2019年1月收治的经射频消融术治疗的甲状腺肿瘤患者80例为研究对象,随机分为常规组和干预组,每组40例。常规组给予常规护理干预,干预组给予针对性护理干预。观察和比较两组心理状态评分、生活质量评分和护理满意度。结果:干预后,干预组SAS、SDS评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,干预组QIQ-C30评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组护理总满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在射频消融术治疗的甲状腺肿瘤患者护理中,针对性护理干预能够改善患者心理状态,提高生活质量,具有较好的临床应用和推广价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of targeted nursing intervention in improving the psychological state and quality of life of patients with thyroid tumor after radiofrequency ablation.Method:From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients with thyroid tumor who were treated by radiofrequency ablation in our hospital were randomly divided into the routine group and the intervention group,40 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was given in the routine group and targeted nursing intervention was given in the intervention group.The psychological state score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the routine group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the QIQ-C30 score of the intervention group was higher than that of the routine group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 97.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of thyroid tumor patients treated with radiofrequency ablation,targeted nursing intervention can improve the psychological state and enhance improve the quality of life,which has good clinical application and promotion value.
